Kelsi did an INCREDIBLE job. The color, cut and style went above and beyond any expectation. She took her time and followed up frequently to make sure I was satisfied. Second time with Kayla and I’m happy with the results. The first time we did a balayage to lighten my previously box colored mess. I’m a natural redhead but the grays are ever present now and my new growth has gotten mousy brownish. We consulted at length before our first coloring appointment and she nailed it! I’m also growing out from a bob and Kayla has been very attentive to shape but not take length. I highly recommend her and will continue going back every 8 weeks for color.
